How We Take Your Calls
Clients can call our free 0800 019 4525 number which saves our customers the cost of a call to us and is available seven days a week, 24 hours a day. This number is answered in person from 08:30 to 19:30 Monday to Friday and 08:30 to 17:30 on Saturdays. Outside of these hours a message can be left which is immediately emailed to us as well as being pushed to two of our team's mobile phones. This ensures we respond to your call as soon as possible whether you need to contact us in or out of normal business hours.
Remote Support Pro-Active and Re-Active
We provide secure remote support for your organisation's offices, home workers or even if you're out and about with your laptop. This allows us to respond to your support request as soon as we've received your call. With your permission we can access your computer, be it a server, workstation or laptop, Windows or Mac, and provide the same service as though one of us were sitting in front of your computer using the keyboard with you. This allows you to receive almost instantaneous support, resolve your IT issues and get you and your organisation back up and running in the shortest time possible.
Pre Pay Annual Support - 7 Days a Week
This is available to be paid quarterly or annually. The advantages of pre pay support are all hours are charged at a flat rate giving a saving of at least £240.00 per annum. We are available seven days a week and using our free 0800 019 4525 number means your call won't cost you a penny. A direct out of hours number is also supplied to annual pre pay clients. Pro-active support and monitoring of an organisations server or workstation is included in the pre pay support option allowing issues to be resolved before they become a problem for the running of your organisation.
Ad Hoc Support - 7 Days a week
You don't need to be a pre-pay customer to access our 7 days a week support. We respond in the same way to non pre-pay clients and new clients 7 days a week.
On Site Support Pro-Active and Re-Active
We do of course provide on site support when necessary and will attend your IT Systems with hands on support to resolve any issues that can't be resolved remotely. It's also nice once in a while to say hello to our clients face to face.
